Mantra Meditations

A message from the founder: 

Meditation has changed the way that I do life. Before I started practicing daily meditation, I was intimidated and actually quite judgmental. I believed that I needed to do more in order to feel less stress and anxiety. In reality, I needed to do less.

For me, this means sitting with my breath, allowing my thoughts to untangle, and giving myself a few minutes of stillness each day. Meditation has helped me manage my own (originally paralyzing) anxiety and make better, more intentional decisions to propel my life forward.  

I hope that by sharing a guided MANTRA meditation with each new collection that is released, that you, too, will find more peace in your life.
