Where did the idea for MANTRA come from?

MANTRA is the coming together of the three things that founder, Emily, consistently gets most excited about: design, simplicity, and meditation (aka your natural anti-anxiety medication). With a degree from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and a certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, it’s only natural that these two worlds collide to become MANTRA.

The idea behind MANTRA stems from the daily desire to lead a simple, yet beautiful life. To keep complications out of the way and clear noisy headspace. Anxiety can be paralyzing and in the tech-dependent environment we live in today, the chatter can become non-stop. It is our goal to help you filter out the noise. To provide you with products that will last a lifetime and guided mantra meditations that will keep you feeling grounded and clear-minded.

 

How do you choose the brands you carry?

Each of the brands that are carried in our store are thoughtfully chosen with happy spirits and healthy bodies in mind. Whether it’s a simple tee, an empowering message, or a carefully crafted everyday essential, each item that we share with you is intentionally chosen to bring comfort and joy into your everyday life.

 

What size should I order?

Sizing will vary a bit from brand to brand and every body is different (heck yeah!). That being said, most of the brands that we carry run pretty true to size.

 

Can I backorder styles that are currently sold out?

Some styles are available to backorder while others are not. If there is an item in our shop that you are interested in being added to a waiting list for, you can email us at hello[at]livethemantra.com.

 

When is your next sale? Do you offer free shipping?

We do run promotions from time to time! We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram if you don’t want to miss out on our next promotion.

 

Help! My discount code isn’t working!

Discount codes won't work if there are any other promotions currently running. You are only able to use one code at a time. However, if your code isn't working when you only typed in one discount code, feel free to contact us hello[at]livethemantra.com.

 

I have a question about my order. Who should I contact?

If you have a question about your order, send us an email hello[at]livethemantra.com. We’re pretty speedy and always make getting back to you a priority!

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

As we are getting started, we won’t have much flexibility with our return and exchange policy, but it is our goal to build in more flexibility as we grow.

For now, we accept exchanges on unused, qualifying items when requested within 14 days of purchase. Any items that do not qualify for exchange will be noted within the product description on the product page. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

Other reasons that a product may not be qualified for exchange include:

Any item not in its original condition. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error. Any item that is requested for exchange more than 14 days after purchase.

We do not currently accept returns.

To initiate an exchange of a purchased item, please email hello[at]livethemantra.com with the subject line: Request for Product Exchange along with the original order number. If the item is damaged, please also include a photo of the item.

 

My order arrived damage, can you help?

It is rare that items arrive damaged, but in the case that your order is damaged in transit, please let us know with an email and attached photo of the damaged item(s). You can email hello[at]livethemantra.com with the heading: Product Damaged Upon Receipt

 

Which countries do you currently ship to?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We are currently a one-woman-operation with a little extra help here and there. You can count on orders to be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 72 hours of your purchase.
